CRESPONETTO is a handmade salami tied by hand and stuffed into natural gut. It is a Piedmontese mezzena salami, made from all cuts of the pork, of I Porci Comodi line, Salumificio Brizio's top line. The pigs are raised in the wild. Their meat is firm and ripe with the perfect degree of moisture.
