A small-sized raw Piedmontese salami, FILZETTA is from the I Porci Comodi Brizio line. It is a mezzena salami, made from all cuts of the pig. These salamis are hand-tied and stuffed into natural casings.
Why I Porci Comodi? Because pigs live in the wild, so we obtain ripe and firm meat with a lower moisture content, ideal for making high-quality salami.
