Matteo Brizio's "Antica Salumeria" salami made with the best cuts of heavy Italian pork, stuffed into the "della rosa" (or "gentile") casing and slowly aged in the cellar. DELLA ROSA is made according to the ancient recipe of "Nonno Materìn" which includes the addition of wine in the mixture for a more aromatic and characteristic flavor.
